My Story

Hello and welcome to my site!

My name is Dagoberto Salamanca, ("Sal") however most of my friend and clients know me as "Sal Santiago", the entertainer/singer, musician, by performing at various iconic 

Hotels/Casino, lounges & restaurants since 1980. I was born in Santiago Chile, so that's where my stage name comes from. I got my Real Estate license & property management permit in 2002 & been helping friends, neighbors and entertainers, buy, sell, lease & manage properties for 25 years and when I'm not selling Real Estate, you'll find me performing on stages in Casino lounges throughout Las Vegas or involved in community services & in my church activities. I'm also a business owner and my success is built on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to all my clients.  Yes, I answer my phone and return calls promptly!

Because of my background in the entertainment business, I been privileged and honored to have worked with many big celebrities and headliners with their real estate transactions & acquire investment properties.
